Extended warranty on Bosch e-bike motors
Bosch 2 years + Örninn 2 years — total cover of 4 years or 20,000 km.
Terms
- Applies to Gen4 and Smart System motors from Bosch.
- Applies to TREK, Winora and Haibike e-bikes fitted with these Bosch motors.
- The extended warranty is available as long as the Bosch warranty has not expired.
- If the Bosch warranty has recently expired, the workshop assesses whether an extension can be offered.
- An extended 2-year warranty on Bosch motors is available in return for attending two service inspections at Örninn's workshop.
- Örninn maintains the motor during the 2-year warranty period.
Exclusions
- The warranty does not apply if the motor has been submerged in water, suffered impact damage, or been stored in unsuitable conditions such as extreme heat, humidity or cold.
- Örninn reserves the right to refuse a warranty extension.
