A wide-body, carbon-reinforced resin provides efficient power transfer to the drivechain while also stabilising the foot under pressure when hunting for those town sign sprints.For more effective basemile training sessions, the body is lightweight in construction to reduce effort in the pedal stroke, while the wide bearing placement distributes load evenly across the platform for greater pressure relief. The pedal is also extremely durable, with a strong chromoly steel axle and pedal that rotates on long-life sealed bearings, plus two stainless steel plates molded to the carbon body that reduce flex and prevent wear.
